Proxima Nova History Booklet

Columbia College Chicago - 2022/2024

I researched the history of Proxima Nova, the web's most popular typeface, and compiled it into a small booklet perfect as a leave-behind.

As a leave-behind advertisement for Proxima Nova, this booklet alternates between telling the history of how the beloved font came to be, and showcasing the features of the sans-serif. Subtleties like angle differences between uppercase and lowercase forms, stroke thickness, and its plethora of alternate characters are all made obvious throughout the book.

It is designed to be printed on a single 8.5x11 piece of printer paper and folded without binding, maximizing cost-effectiveness in the case of an event such as an expo.
